The Onyx Penthouse was a full-scale transformation of an early 2000s condo into a luminous, contemporary retreat that balances sophistication with ease. Our vision was to breathe new life into the space—introducing light, texture, and modern refinement throughout.

We began by stripping back all existing finishes, replacing dated flooring and millwork with warm oak engineered floors, soft blue-grey cabinetry, and subtle onyx-toned surfaces. In the primary suite, a reimagined layout allowed us to introduce a sculptural freestanding tub, an oversized shower, and a striking double waterfall vanity—each element designed to feel elevated yet serene.
